Marlin Williams has spent his entire career helping people find their voice, communicate with confidence, and build healthier relationships — at work, at school, and at home. Marlin’s background spans communications, broadcast journalism, customer service training, leadership consulting, and corporate culture work. He holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Harding University, where he served as a live news anchor and sports director/anchor.

After two decades in news, Marlin transitioned to the corporate sector as a Communications Manager and later Chief Operating Officer and Manager of Member Services for an electric cooperative, working alongside local, state, and national leaders.
Now, as the founder of MLT Communication, LLC, he transforms organizational performance by elevating the core skills and effectiveness of their employees and teams.
