Tracy Williams is a lifelong educator who has dedicated her career to helping people learn, grow, and communicate with confidence. With a background in oral communications, theatre, and classroom instruction, she brings warmth, creativity, and practical insight to every audience she serves.
She believes learning should be engaging, relational, and empowering — a belief reflected in every workshop, lesson, and training she leads.
Tracy holds a degree in Oral Communications/Theatre from Harding University, where she attended on a speech and debate scholarship. Her early career as a theatre and English teacher allowed her to blend communication, storytelling, and educational best practices in dynamic ways.

In 2008, Tracy joined HealthWorks! in Tupelo, MS, where she served as Lead Educator and Program Coordinator — teaching thousands of children across Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama, and leading programs for parents, educators, and community groups.
Tracy is deeply involved in church education, curriculum writing, children’s programming, and leadership development. She directs puppet teams, teaches classes, and works closely with Lads to Leaders programs, helping young women develop writing and speaking skills.
Tracy has been married to Marlin since 1995, and together they have twin daughters, Millie and Sophie. They live in Batesville, Mississippi.
