Dr. Lindsay Brett is an award-winning educator, innovative leader, and dynamic speaker known for her ability to break down complex topics into clear, actionable strategies. She uses creativity, emotional intelligence, and academic expertise to help groups strengthen culture, communication, and connection.
She is the 2024 Mississippi Middle School Principal of the Year and currently serves as Director of Community Partnerships & 6–8 Curriculum for Lee County Schools.
Lindsay’s career spans teaching, administration, curriculum development, public speaking, and youth ministry. She is also the founder of Imitators, LLC — featuring her well-loved character, Gladys Gladstone, used in leadership, educational, and community programs.
