This structured, five-course leadership pathway helps new and emerging leaders build confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, conflict management, motivational ability, and cultural clarity.

Upon completion of the entire series, participants will receive their Integrated Supervisory Specialist certification offered by MLT Communication.

Helping supervisors coach employees toward improvement and performance.
This session teaches supervisors how to coach employees through performance challenges, improvement plans, and discipline — without damaging relationships.

The final rung helps supervisors master communication with employees, peers, and upper leadership — the full 360° of influence.
